Our Story

Rose 32 Bread was founded in 2010 by Glenn and Cindy Mitchell with a simple vision: to create exceptional bread, pastries, and food made with care, while bringing people together through a shared love of good food. Over the years, what began as a small family bakery grew into something truly special, thanks to the hard work of Glenn and Cindy.

In November 2023, Rose 32 entered a new chapter when Glenn and Cindy passed the torch to the next generation, Henry and Hannah Mitchell. 

Having worked alongside Glenn and Cindy for years, we developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship, dedication, and traditions that have truly made Rose 32 what it is today. Henry, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, brings his passion and expertise in artisan bread and pastry, while Hannah, with a background in business and an MBA in Marketing, brings a fresh perspective to the bakery's growth and path forward. 

Since taking ownership, we've continued to build upon the foundation that Glenn and Cindy created, honoring the traditions that make Rose 32 special while introducing new ideas, seasonal offerings, and thoughtful improvements along the way. 

What makes Rose 32 so special to us goes beyond the bread and pastries. It's the familiar faces we see each week, the relationships we've built, and the community that continues to show up to support us.

Since becoming owners, we've also gotten married and continued putting down roots in the community we're proud to call home. Owning a business is a labor of love, and we're grateful to share this experience together. 

As we look toward the future, our commitment remains the same: to create exceptional food, bread, and pastries, and make Rose 32 a place worth coming back to.
